House rules

  1. Do not sit in any chair. All chairs are reserved.

  2. Do not look directly at the exhibits. Do not look away from the exhibits either.

  3. Flash photography is permitted, but you will be glared at.

  4. If an exhibit sits on your lap, you must stay where you are until it leaves. This may take several hours. We are not responsible for missed trains.

  5. All glasses of water left on any surface will be knocked off. This is part of the experience.

  6. The laser pointer is for staff use only. We have had incidents.

The gift shop

We stock everything a modern cat could want:

  • Empty cardboard boxes in small, medium and too-small-but-they'll-try.

  • Premium tissue paper for shredding.

  • The bag the gift came in, sold separately and more popular than the gift.

  • A single hair tie, to be lost under the fridge within the hour.
